The Westin Brisbane is hiring an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office, Concierge, Heavenly Spa, and Executive Club Lounge operations while collaborating with Housekeeping. The role oversees guest service, team development, service recovery, guest satisfaction, financial and operational performance, workforce planning, and cross-departmental collaboration. Candidates should have hotel operations leadership experience, preferably in a premium or luxury hotel, strong commercial acumen, and ideally an RMLV certificate and Opera experience.
