Description
Placement opportunity in the hospitality industry with an initial orientation phase followed by training rotations in Rooms Division roles including Housekeeping Supervisor, Front Desk Agent, and Front Desk Supervisor. The program focuses on learning company culture, local community resources, payroll and computer systems, guest room inspection and staff supervision, front desk operations, guest service, upselling, occupancy management, and scheduling/staffing processes. Candidates must be enrolled in a post-secondary hospitality program, or have a hospitality degree with relevant luxury hotel experience, or have extensive recent luxury hotel experience outside the United States, along with evidence of career growth and commitment to prior employers.
