Description
The Social Hub is hiring a Rooms Operations Management Trainee in Barcelona for an 8–12 month development programme. The trainee will rotate through Front Office and Housekeeping, gaining hands-on experience in guest service, room operations, quality inspections, scheduling, KPI analysis, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration. The role is intended for hospitality students in their third year or above, fluent in English and Spanish, and prepares them for a Front Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or Duty Manager position.
