The Root Cause Coordinator for Workforce and Resource Navigation supports the Greater Cleveland Food Bank by connecting neighbors to workforce, housing, health, financial-literacy, SNAP, Medicare, and other public-benefit programs. The role conducts outreach, manages referrals and household cases, coordinates with community and agency partners, tracks outcomes in CAP60, supports program materials and community events, and helps families achieve economic stability. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of case-management experience, knowledge of public benefits and workforce initiatives, strong communication and teamwork skills, Windows software proficiency, and an unencumbered driver’s license. The position pays $50,000–$57,000 per year and requires travel to community locations.
