Description
CF Industries is hiring an on-site Reliability Engineer to support rotating equipment and lead the site reliability program. The role provides reliability engineering expertise, analyzes equipment failure trends and root causes, develops reliability plans and maintenance procedures, supports critical asset monitoring and capital projects, manages change and incident investigations, and collaborates with operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS teams. The position requires a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least three years of experience in chemical manufacturing, refining, or oil and gas, reliability-centered maintenance and failure analysis experience, and willingness to work alternative schedules. The estimated base pay is $114,400 to $164,400, with health, dental, and vision benefits.
