Trimont is hiring participants for its two-year Rotational Analyst Program, a development pathway for recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in commercial real estate loan servicing, asset management, cash management, loan closings, valuation, financial analysis, and research. The program includes rotations across key business areas, mentorship, and opportunities to develop case studies and recommendations. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and time-management skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; a degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
