Description
This is a salaried, nonexempt, at-will rotational development program for an approximately 18-month construction career track. The employee rotates through Field Operations, Project Superintendent, Project Management, and Estimating assignments, each lasting three to six months, and works with direct supervision. The role involves manual construction work, field operations, project planning and scheduling, cost and job-cost review, estimating, documentation, safety, quality, and coordination with project partners. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, strong communication and organizational skills, willingness to work in field and office environments, and completion of rotation-specific training. An associate's or bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is preferred, and previous construction-related work or internship experience is preferred but not required.
