VIAVI is recruiting an R&D Engineer for a two-year international rotation program across its R&D Excellence Centers. The role involves developing software and hardware solutions for network test, monitoring, and assurance systems, including C++ on Linux, VHDL, RF and microwave design, signal processing, FPGA integration, and wideband spectrum sensing. Applicants need a BS or MS in a relevant technical discipline, C or C++ and Linux experience, coursework or research in signals and systems, DSP, RF, digital logic, or embedded systems, and engineering experience outside the classroom.
