Description
The Senior Army Instructor serves as the senior instructional leader for a JROTC program, implementing the Program of Instruction, maintaining curriculum proficiency, recruiting students, managing government property and facilities, supervising Army instructors, supporting administrative and supply operations, and developing public affairs initiatives. The role requires Army service eligibility, physical and grooming standards, strong communication skills, and familiarity with JROTC platforms; a bachelor’s degree is preferred for E8 and E9 applicants.
