Description
Charles County Public Schools is hiring an ROTC Instructor for an 11-month term. The role instructs military drill, counsels students, develops lesson plans, manages equipment and budgets, plans extracurricular activities, assesses program progress, and supports recruitment and civic engagement. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and have served at least 20 years of active duty or retired under the Temporary Early Retirement Authority. The position is exempt and pays a minimum salary based on the difference between retired pay and active-duty pay and allowances.
