Description
The ROTC Instructor plans, teaches, evaluates, and coaches JROTC cadets in a four-year high school program with at least 100 enrolled students. Responsibilities include administering the curriculum, developing lesson plans and schedules, maintaining grades and property, coordinating with counselors, parents, civic groups, and military service branches, and leading extracurricular activities such as drill teams and field trips. The role requires a retired commissioned, warrant, or non-commissioned officer, JROTC instructor certification, and a baccalaureate or associate degree depending on rank, along with a valid Kansas driver's license.
