Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Rotors Manufacturing Supervisor to lead experienced hourly technicians in the Dynamic Components team. The role oversees team productivity, safety, quality, scheduling, production costs, employee timekeeping, shift turnovers, continuous improvement, and budget management. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, technical, and problem-solving skills, experience leading union-represented employees, and knowledge of aircraft production or CNC machining; a BA/BS degree and 4–7+ years of experience or equivalent experience are preferred. The position offers a full-time salary range of $81,500 to $151,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
