Mitchell Distributing is hiring full-time Route Assistants to support Service Representatives with product delivery, merchandising, and customer service at retail accounts. The role involves delivering products, organizing backroom storage, building displays, placing POS materials, assisting with promotions, monitoring inventory, completing delivery paperwork, making bank deposits, and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, basic communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, teamwork ability, and schedule flexibility; delivery or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. The position requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing carts over 100 pounds, and offers starting hourly pay of $14.50 for a Class R license, $18.00 for a Class D license, and $20.00 for a Class A license.
