FAR Inspections is hiring an independent Field Inspector to perform residential mortgage occupancy verifications in Allen County, Kentucky and surrounding communities. The role involves brief exterior visits, determining property occupancy status, capturing at least nine photos, submitting reports through mobile applications, and maintaining reliable territory coverage. The inspector manages their own routing, schedule, and territory, provides their own vehicle, smartphone, computer, internet connection, and printer, and must pass a background check. Pay is per inspection, with efficient contractors typically earning $25–$35 per hour, and the territory averages approximately 15 inspections per month.
