Rumpke is hiring a Route Foreman to assist management in overseeing a group of waste-collection drivers and ensuring safe, complete, and productive routes. The role includes route auditing, work-order tracking, missed-stop resolution, DOT and OSHA compliance, vehicle and driver inspections, customer-service support, accident reporting, and delivery assistance. The position does not manage employees, requires a valid Class B CDL and DOT medical card, and involves flexible hours, overtime, travel, and physically demanding outdoor work.
