CJ Schwan's Company is hiring a Local CDL Class B Route Representative to sell and deliver products, place orders, merchandise products, maintain display space, rotate inventory, complete proof of delivery, use handheld technology and sales software, build store relationships, and perform DOT truck inspections. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, an early morning start, and a mid-afternoon end, and offers a base pay of $53,000–$55,000 plus commission. A Class B CDL with an airbrake endorsement, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to meet medical certification requirements are required.
