Jazwares is hiring a Routing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of its routing team, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, customer-order routing, delivery issues, vendor relationships, and chargeback compliance. The role requires at least four years of transportation and warehouse experience, two years of supervisory or team-lead experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, customer vendor portals, and transportation or dispatch tools. The position offers a base salary of $70,304 to $80,400 per year, medical insurance, retirement matching, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, and a flexible schedule with on-site work Monday through Thursday, optional Friday work-from-home, and up to 20 fully remote workdays per year.
