Description
BGIS is seeking Maintenance Mechanic, HVAC Apprentice, HVAC Journeyperson, and General Maintenance Technician candidates to support HVAC and facility mechanical systems across client sites. The Maintenance Mechanic inspects, maintains, and replaces filters and performs minor preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment; the HVAC Apprentice works under supervision and completes approximately 9,000 hours of training; the HVAC Journeyperson provides proactive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, estimating, and client support for chillers and boilers; and the General Maintenance Technician operates and maintains facility mechanical systems. Roles require relevant education, post-secondary HVAC training or certification, and specified gas licenses, with some positions also requiring a driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
