Victor Energy is hiring a ROW Program Coordinator to organize and advance right-of-way activities across multiple transmission, utility, or heavy civil construction projects. The role coordinates schedules, action items, meetings, project startup and mobilization, information sharing among GIS, access, environmental, land, construction, field, office, and client teams, while maintaining procedures, workflows, reporting, documentation, and deliverables. The position suits an organized, proactive communicator with sound judgment and adaptability in a changing construction environment. Relevant backgrounds include transmission, utilities, heavy civil construction, forestry, right-of-way, survey, geomatics, GIS, environmental or land work, project coordination, field operations, and planning.
