Description
The RPA Developer will collaborate with business analysts, process owners, architects, and client teams to design, develop, configure, test, and maintain moderate and complex robotic process automation solutions using Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere. The role covers the full development lifecycle, including solution design, integration with enterprise applications, documentation, debugging, user acceptance training, hypercare, and code transition to managed services support. Candidates should have 2–3 years of RPA development experience, knowledge of supporting technologies such as SQL, VBA, and Python, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good English; German is a plus.
