Description
The RPA Developer will develop, test, optimize, and maintain modern RPA bots and automation solutions, translating business and technical requirements into scalable automation. The role covers UI automation, APIs, interfaces, AI-assisted document classification and data extraction, logging, exception handling, retry strategies, documentation, error analysis, and continuous monitoring. The position requires practical software or business-process automation experience, knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism, proficiency in a modern programming language, strong German and English skills, and the ability to collaborate with consultants, business departments, IT teams, and external partners.
