Description
The role leads a team of 50–80 people delivering business solutions for clients, with responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, staffing and estimating, client satisfaction, solution opportunities, application design, development coordination, testing, deployment, budgeting, and employee management. It requires at least 10 years of team-management experience, delivery and project experience in service-integrator, insurance, or banking software environments, and experience with software design, development methodologies, and application systems. The role is associated with DXC Technology’s Insurance Software and Business Process Services (ISB) business.
