Columbus House is hiring two full-time Rapid Rehousing Case Managers to provide case management, housing assistance, rental and utility support, resource linkage, documentation, and coordination for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The role works under the Permanent Supportive Housing Department, collaborates with landlords and social service providers, and may provide transportation to appointments. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a salary range of $25.50 to $27.50 and medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
