Everpure is hiring an RRO Program Manager to lead and transform its global reverse logistics network, optimizing returns routing, RMA workflows, inventory disposition, refurbishment, repair, and remanufacturing. The role partners with Customer Support, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external 3PL and repair partners; manages turnaround time, cost per return, and recovery yield; leads ERP, WMS, and repair-tracking implementations; and drives circular economy and regulatory compliance. The position is primarily in-office at Everpure’s Santa Clara headquarters, with an annual base salary of $153,000–$230,000 USD and possible incentive pay or equity.
