Description
The Radiation Safety Officer will establish and expand radiation safety operations in Houston, Texas, overseeing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; NRC and Agreement State requirements; employee and client training; audits, inspections, incident reporting, regulatory communications, documentation, licensing, and field oversight. The role requires current RSO certification or qualifications, strong knowledge of applicable regulations, radiation safety management experience, independent work ability, communication and organizational skills, and willingness to perform field work.
