Description
The Cash & Trade Proc Mgr. manages a Cash and Trade Operations team, overseeing transaction processing, service quality, production systems, client reporting, issue resolution, performance management, training, budgeting, and compliance. The role serves as backup to the Cash and Trade Operations Senior Manager and requires 5–8 years of related cash and trade operations management experience, process-improvement experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
