AEP is hiring an onsite Real Time Operations Infrastructure Specialist in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT/OT infrastructure supporting 24/7 real-time operations facilities. The role includes hardware and software administration, system updates, backups, network troubleshooting, user support, control-center technology, environmental monitoring, documentation, and on-call after-hours support. Two grade levels are offered: Grade 6 and Grade 7, with compensation ranges of $74,551–$93,189 and $87,633–$109,544, respectively. An associate degree or equivalent education and experience in an applicable IT/OT field is required, with a bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; CompTIA A+ or another computer science certification is preferred.
