Description
The SoC design leader will own the architecture and implementation of complex SoC products across multiple technology nodes, from specification and IP selection through RTL development, integration, verification, DFT, physical implementation, and RTL2GDS. The role coordinates systems, customer, analog, digital, validation, packaging, quality, reliability, and marketing teams; manages project schedules, risks, technical challenges, and deliverables; and provides leadership to design and application teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering, experience with mid- to high-complexity SoC products in FDSOI 28nm, 16 FFC, and 7nm nodes, and strong knowledge of ARM cores, interconnects, clocking, power management, SerDes, RTL, and SoC integration.
