The role develops freight strategies, equipment and routing specifications, supplier shipping instructions, cost savings initiatives, carrier billing audits, demurrage and detention adjudication, and logistics performance metrics; it also supports new-model launches, plant operations, and transportation provider contracts. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, CMMS3 knowledge, rail or intermodal carrier operations experience, and experience with CMMS3 data tools or other analytical tools. The position offers a salary range of $72,480-$162,120, hybrid work, and medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage.
