Description
The rtNOW Intake Scheduler Employee is a full-time, non-exempt entry-level role supporting remote telerespiratory services by scheduling appointments between respiratory therapists and patients, managing cancellations and rescheduling, handling incoming calls, emails, and texts, and completing accurate medical intake data entry. The position requires strong communication, scheduling, computer, customer service, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills; prior data entry or phone scheduling experience is helpful. HIPAA training is provided, and the work is based in the office in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
