Description
The RTP Supervisor will oversee the Requisition to Pay team’s operational performance, service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance with the Group Financial Manual. The role leads the team, distributes work, manages HR matters, coordinates with stakeholders and GBS Management, drives global process implementation and improvements, and reports operational performance. It requires a degree in Finance and Accountancy, 8 to 10 years of RTP experience, strong analysis and reporting skills, shared-service migration and operating experience, and leadership and communication abilities; MS Excel and Oracle Business Suite knowledge are mentioned as intermediate or nice-to-have.
