The role covers month-end and year-end accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, cash flow, working capital, bank relationships, balance-sheet reviews, and performance management, while collaborating with country teams and shared services. Candidates need an accounting qualification, 2–3 years of experience, knowledge of IFRS and applicable local GAAPs, English fluency, and the ability to learn financial tools and communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
