Description
The RTR Accounting Controller META owns the integrity of financial records across multiple operating reporting units and legal entities in the META region, including the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, group consolidation, IFRS compliance, balance-sheet reconciliations, complex accounting treatments, statutory-to-IFRS bridging, internal controls, and audit coordination. The role coordinates distributed accounting teams, shared service centers, outsourced providers, and business stakeholders while driving process standardization and continuous improvement. It requires a recognized professional accounting qualification, a bachelor's or master's degree, at least 10 years of progressive multinational accounting and controllership experience, deep IFRS knowledge, experience in emerging or high-volatility markets, internal controls and audit experience, SAP proficiency, advanced Excel, and fluent English.
