Description
AECOM is hiring a Payroll Accounting Technical Lead to serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end payroll accounting, including journal preparation, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, internal controls, SOX compliance, audit support, remediation, reporting, and process improvement. The role partners with Payroll, HR, and Finance and requires a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field, 6–8 years of accounting experience including 4+ years in payroll accounting, and experience with Workday, ADP, Oracle, or SAP.
