Fenner Precision Polymer is hiring a Development Chemist to develop, formulate, test, and optimize rubber compounds for new and existing products. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support product development, scale-up, compounding, troubleshooting, material evaluation, regulatory compliance, and technical reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, polymer science, materials science, or a related field, plus hands-on experience in rubber compounding, elastomers, or polymer chemistry, along with analytical and testing skills.
