Custom Truck One Source is hiring a Rubber Lab Technician in Wilkes-Barre to test, inspect, clean, package, and support the shipment of personal protective equipment and secondary safety equipment, including rubber gloves, sleeves, blankets, line hose, hot sticks, hot line tools, and plastic guards. The role follows ASTM testing procedures, uses rubber testing software, maintains laboratory equipment, and works in a shop or warehouse setting from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed. The position requires physical lifting, prolonged standing, and the ability to work without direct supervision.
