The Rubber Spring Development Engineer develops railway rubber springs and molded parts from feasibility through series production, managing samples, test orders, test concepts, technical documentation, customer communication, industrialization, product analysis, patent support, design reviews, and risk mitigation. The role requires a master's degree in mechanical engineering, rubber technology, or a related discipline, at least three years of professional experience including technical customer support, knowledge of rubber production and railway quality standards, and proficiency in project management, quality assurance, Microsoft Office, SAP, and CAD tools.
