UCB is hiring a Squad Lead for its Transformation Office in Belgium to lead quarterly value releases and the transformation of end-to-end processes in a global digital business transformation program. The role coordinates process, data, governance, and technology work; coaches squads in agile delivery; aligns stakeholders; tracks risks and progress; and supports value realisation in a regulated environment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification, five to fifteen years of relevant experience, regulated-environment experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills. The position follows a hybrid-first approach with 40% office time.
