Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Ruby on Rails Developer to build, optimize, and maintain scalable web applications and SaaS products. The role covers Rails backend development, RESTful APIs, database design, caching, background jobs, testing, CI/CD, application performance, security, and production troubleshooting. Candidates need at least three years of Ruby on Rails experience, along with knowledge of Ruby, ActiveRecord, MVC, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Sidekiq or Resque, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing. Preferred locations include LATAM, Eastern Europe, Pakistan, and South Africa.
