Pavago is hiring a full-time, fully remote Ruby on Rails Developer to build, maintain, and scale production web applications and REST APIs. The role covers backend development, database design and optimization, background jobs, testing, security, performance monitoring, production reliability, and collaboration with product, design, and frontend teams. Candidates need at least three years of professional Ruby on Rails experience, proficiency with Ruby, Rails, ActiveRecord, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Sidekiq or Resque, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD, along with availability during U.S. client business hours.
