Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Ruby on Rails Developer to build, optimize, and maintain scalable web applications and SaaS products. The role covers Rails backend development, RESTful APIs, database design, caching, background jobs, testing, CI/CD, application performance, security, and production troubleshooting. Candidates need at least three years of Ruby on Rails experience, proficiency with Ruby, Rails, ActiveRecord, and MVC architecture, and experience with databases, background job frameworks, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing. The position is open to remote work from LATAM, Eastern Europe, Pakistan, and South Africa, with U.S. business hours.
