SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and evolve high-throughput APIs, payment and wallet flows, real-time game integrations, and back-office tooling for its iGaming platform. The role uses AI-augmented development, integrates LLM-based features, owns performance and reliability, reviews code, mentors mid-level engineers, and participates in architecture and technical planning. Required experience includes at least four years of commercial Ruby on Rails development, strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills, distributed-systems knowledge, AI coding-tool experience, API and observability expertise, and upper-intermediate or higher English and Russian proficiency.
