Description
Potloc is hiring a Ruby/Rails Backend Engineer to develop new platform features, contribute to GraphQL APIs, service architecture, queuing systems, databases, and other core infrastructure, and support AI-assisted development. The role reports to the Director, Product Engineering, collaborates with colleagues on technical implementations, and may mentor team members. It is based in Montreal on a hybrid schedule or fully remote from anywhere in Quebec, with health coverage, vacation, and other benefits.
