Description
The role develops and improves backend and frontend features for a personnel management application, supports integrations, optimizes software architecture and development processes, and ensures quality through automated testing. It requires a computer science degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of Ruby/Ruby on Rails software development experience, SQL and REST API knowledge, ReactJS knowledge or willingness to learn, German C1 and English B2 skills, and strong teamwork. The position is based in Berlin with 80% remote work possible.
