Description
The Cinépolis Theater Operations Team Member delivers concessions, kitchen, and bar items to guests; coordinates with the expediter; upsells menu items; cleans auditoriums; assists with tickets, concessions, box office, restroom checks, and guest complaints; and completes opening, midday, and closing procedures. The role requires ServSafe, food-handling, and alcohol training certifications, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and availability for nights, holidays, and weekends. It is based in a theater and reports to the General Manager.
