The Pool Lounge Server supports poolside service at Fairmont New Orleans by delivering food and beverage orders, verifying accuracy and presentation, communicating guest requests and dietary restrictions, assisting with table clearing and cabana service, maintaining service areas, and supporting opening and closing duties. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, professional appearance, outdoor work in warm and humid conditions, flexible scheduling, and Louisiana food safety certification; prior restaurant, food runner, banquet, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience is preferred.
