Camping World is hiring an RV Sales Associate to sell new and used recreational vehicles, conduct demonstration rides and presentations, close sales with F&I and Sales Management, and follow up with customers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to obtain a professional sales license where required; RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate sales experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, with a guaranteed base hourly rate, flat-rate commissions, and a potential year-end sales volume bonus. Full-time associates receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, while part-time associates receive dental and vision coverage.
