FARM is building an S&OP department and is seeking talent to orchestrate business growth across the production chain and product. The role involves matching demand with manufacturing capacity, managing calendars and lead times, balancing supplier distribution, tracking costs and margins, controlling GGF, managing wholesale after-sales returns, and governing cycle decisions. It requires higher education in engineering or a related field, strong problem-solving, advanced SQL and database skills, advanced Excel and Power BI, and English; AI experience and retail planning or operations experience are advantageous. The position is hybrid and based in Rio de Janeiro.
