The Joint Warfare Centre is hiring a full-time OPFOR Wargaming Expert focused on Air Operations to advise on adversary air effects, design and integrate realistic adversarial campaigns, assess wargaming needs, and support NATO training and exercises. The role is based in Stavanger, Norway, offers a three-year definite-duration contract, and pays NOK 75,465.00 per month. Candidates need relevant higher education or professional qualifications, at least three years of professional wargaming experience, leadership experience, English at upper-intermediate level, and a valid NATO or national security clearance.
