Description

CentralReach is hiring a SaaS EMR Implementation Manager II to lead moderately complex SaaS implementation projects for autism and IDD care software. The role covers project planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, go-live support, integrations, data management, quality assurance, customer process documentation, and mentorship of junior team members. The position is primarily hybrid from Holmdel, New Jersey or Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with remote candidates in other U.S. states considered; fully remote hires must complete an in-person interview before starting. A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is desired, and the base salary range is $65,000–$95,000 USD.
